The Cathedral

Every work is there to build something. The Paradim Cathedral is represented in following points:

1st set of contents is NEW LEADERSHIP PARADIGM with topics like definition of leadership, contemporary models, leadership styles, and concept of motivation.

2nd set of topics is A BROADER CONTEXT OF NEW PARADIGM with following titles within the set:

  • PERSONAL TOPICS like authenticity, idealism, confidence, personal changes, and meditation.
  • TOPICS OF COMMUNITY like mirroring and empathy, social judgement and violence, and basic forms of communication.
  • ORGANISATION with topics like qualitative working environment, psycho-social ergonomics, and culture of purpose versus working culture.
  • SOCIETY AND SYSTEM with topics like why society needed heroic leaders in our past, and how a new paradigm can successfully enter our world. Also a peek into theology for words on trust in positive shifts and changes.
  • FUTURE WORLD with topics like concept of wisdom society, a real and true democratic system, and digital progress and the emphasised need for economic democracy.

3rd set of contents is BEING AN INSTITUTIONAL BUILDER with topics like how to form and lean on a mission, vision, and strategy, how to form and implement organisation and organisational culture.

4th set of contents is ORGANISATIONS BUILD ON MISSION IN PRACTICE with topics like what is an organisation build on mission, and how can we work with mission (i. e. purpose) in different fields of work.

5th set of contents is ARTS AND HUMANITIES ABOUT LEADERSHIP with a look into messages that different branches of respected fields give about leadership.

6th content is ROLE OF SPORTS. Sport is about realising personal and group potentials. It is about living a life of learning and growth, and purpose. It shows us something that we can strive for and find in our everyday lives.

7th set of contents is LEADERSHIP IN POLITICS (and other large entities) with topics like parts of our systems and can we realise they are all invaluable to society?, can a PM be an institution builder, and to one general question: what is the basic idea of a country?

8th set of contents is REALISING STORIES and is about how can we, regardless the field or wether it is an individual or a vision of a group, realise our story: how to lay the foundation, assemble a group, and move on to further steps.
