Realise your own story.

Paradim is created to support the realising of your personal story. When you are dealing with such questions of self-actualisation, don’t seek for recipes. Recipes are “quick solutions” in which someone else did the thinking and deciding for you; but your actualisation will never come without having or building the trust in your own thinking. Paradim offers awareness and offers basics – carry them into your life and forge your own style.

I know there are many good projects … I know that many of you have your own good desires and ideas for the world. But if you have some extra funds to spare, I am looking for donations to financially support my work and to essentially make it possible.

I have openned an account on Buy Me A Coffee platform. It is an international platform designed for creators of digital content. Donations can be one-time or paid as a monthly program.

Starts with writings on the wall …

Dealing with topics of Paradim started in years of my studies. My mind got very active in trying to understand the contents and connecting some ideas together. I wanted to have some of them in front of my eyes, so … I started writing them down on walls of my room. The attached symbolic picture here is taken from US Air Force webpage, but this is essentially what walls of my room were like at the time.

The Blog

An idea about a blog came up in 2015 when I first started writing. That first try was only few articles strong as I felt like not having enough insight into the experience connected with it. In later years I wanted to see what it is like in practice to follow an idea of “new leadership paradigm”.

I worked in a start-up project, as a freelancer I was devising business strategies, I was part of the team developing a new vision for an educational institution, I was a teacher and an assistant professor. It all came with many challenges. I had health issues, suffered from a burnout and had therapies for years, and now I am learning on and moving on.

Trying to realise an idea in practice brings in new challenges: especially those with emotions and personal believes and awareness, or in communication and relationships. This brand new beginning of the blog now has a much broader view and a wider plan of contents.

Future plan

Besides contents of the blog there are other parts of an idea that I would like to (one day) realise.

First chapter of the project. Creating a content about leadership and wider context. Added to this are 1) GALLERY SHOWCASES to present Pd project in a physical space and highlight the most important messages, and 2) SITUATIONS TO ADDRESS as a Youtube channel delving into some specific life challenges connected to this developed content.

Second chapter of the project. Creating a content about how to be an institution builder and CREATING AN ONLINE COURSE. Leaders as institutions builders can do a lot for our society and the world. This would be a step-by-step course into it.

Third chapter of the project. Creating a content about organisations build on missions and supplementing it with 1) PODCASTS about personal challenges in different jobs and 2) EVENTS for addressing purpose and responsibilities that different jobs carry within.

Fourth chapter of the project. Creating a content about a new paradigm of leadership in politics and ACTIVE COMMUNICATION with influential public institutions. In addition to it, looking into works of arts and humanities and possibly open some collaborations.

Fifth chapter of the project. Creating a content about realising (personal) stories and establishing a MENTORSHIP PROGRAM plus opening a CONNECTING PLATFORM (so that people would find each other and join in project together on base of essential values).

“Worded Pictures Gallery”

One of my ideas lately (as I am writing this, the date is 23th of November 2024) was to create some presence of messages and ideas also in physical environment. I believe content should also find people instead of only people finding the content. I created something that I named “A Worded Pictures Gallery”, which is basically a showcase of descriptions of three forms of leaders.

I tried to geet in touch with some galleries plus schools, municipalities, but there was no response or interest to display those descriptions. Well, for those of you interested in it, I am posting it here …
