Creating this community part of this website, I picked three parts or pieces that I want to highlight. They are listed below.
Companies built on their mission.
A part for companies. I am interested in companies in which leaders are enablers and followers follow companies’ mission and vision instead of orders.
Present yourself by your values.
A part for individuals. A “paradim person” (just my private name for it) represents him or herself by values and believes. That is with the content he or she is ready to be a partner in, take responsibility in, and follow a mission set.
New projects and ideas with a mission.
A part for projects and ideas. Present and describe your project or idea to find people to join you. Again, focus on contant that will last: what are project’s mission and vision, what values do you want to emphasise.
