
There are five basic believes that I have regarding making steps towards the better:
One: New paradigm. When we think about being leaders (and followers), that is when we think about defining roles when we work together, we must start thinking in the way of a new paradigm.
Two: Authenticity. When we make our own personal choices, set our goals and lead our lives, we must ask ourselves what matters and what is right and not search for excuses in others. Live your life in line with your own believes, and win over social fears.
Three: Mirroring. When we talk to others or see what they do, we must be better able to step into their world, perceive it from their side and leave our ideas on the side; that is the only relevant reality to which that person has to respond to.
Four: Qualitative environment. When we work and think about next moves, we should kick the rules away and just follow the purpose. Rules coupled with control is a fast and easy way, but culture of purpose will bring back sense and quality.
Five: Roles in society. If we want to have a true quality living, we must never disregard any role in our society. Whoever we disregard, underpay, or underappreciate in other way, the system falls down.
What is the New leadership paradigm?

As a consequence to a shift in understanding the role of a leader, a shift must occur in follower’s role as well. The three organisational roles are manager, leader, and follower. Click here to read into what a certain role encompasses in modern sense.
What is a path towards it?

I am interested in the path and the realisation. In obstacles that are on the way. In personal and social experience that comes with it. I like to hold that magnifying glass and look carefully, deeply, and thoroughly into things. I like to ask questions, think, and connect the dots.
