With this post I want to make you a brief introduction to the first sequence of blog posts on Paradim blog. Majority of content created in future will be in various ways conceptualised by my own mind, but in this one I want to present you some thoughts and ideas of other authors.
In different ways, shapes, and forms messages about a transition from old pattern to new pattem thinking in leadership are presented by various authors: writers, speakers, musicians, painters, and so on. Their work, whatever field it belongs to, is producing messages that complement very well with messages of modern organisation and leadership theory. To you as a reader, they will fill in the picture I am trying to assemble here and just make all this content easier to grasp in its entirety and depth.
There will be a sequence of what are (at least so far) twelve pre-written posts. Publishing will take a phase of two writings a week: on Tuesdays at 8 p.m. and Saturdays at 10 a.m. (first being published in one hour).
First post is of Bob Davis, an entrepreneur and now also a writer and public speaker, who attended a TED event in Paris to deliver a very important personal lesson. It goes as follows: We need (to be, to have and to choose) leaders without ego. Those are, according to his understanding, the rearrest commodity on this planet.
Enjoy,
